Interview with Women from the TON Ecosystem

We asked each woman three questions:

1. How did you enter the world of cryptocurrencies, and why specifically TON?
2. What projects or ideas in the TON ecosystem are particularly interesting to you?
3. Are there any specific goals or dreams you would like to achieve in the world of cryptocurrencies?

Alena, TON Foundation

1. My interest in cryptocurrencies and Web3 was a deliberate choice fueled by a fascination with blockchain philosophy. Joining TON Foundation resulted from a unique combination of Telegram's technical advantages, talented individuals from TF, and the global goal of making Web3 accessible to the masses.
2. I am interested in all projects in the TON ecosystem, as each is unique, and their creators are distinctive. I value teams that see their place in the ecosystem, are ready to use TON as a tool, and demonstrate independence in developing their projects. I am passionate about social use cases within Telegram, as it is part of the current strategy to attract Web2 users to the TON ecosystem.
3. My main goal and dream in the world of cryptocurrencies are to actively move towards mass onboarding of Telegram users into the TON ecosystem. The global goal is to develop a Web3 ecosystem tailored to Web2 users, and my dream is to see cryptocurrencies used by my grandparents and millions of others within five years.

Daria Novikova, CPO TON Play

1. I have always been interested in financial markets, and of course, crypto became firmly established, especially during the COVID times. At that time, we were creating a fantasy stock market game and integrating crypto mechanics. When it came time to build a gaming marketplace in our favorite messenger, TON was the obvious choice.
2. I love Getgems for its endless user care and regularly use @wallet. I also keep an eye on Notcoin, rejoice in all gaming projects, and say hello to the wonderful Alise from TAP Fantasy.
3. Globally, I want cryptocurrency to be a convenient tool for anyone worldwide. Locally, in our gaming Telegram world @playdeckbot, our team aims to make instant and simple crypto transactions enhance the gaming experience.

Elnara Petrova, Web3 for Everyone

1. Two years ago, we decided to develop crypto communities on Telegram, relaunched the channel "NFT for Everyone" (now "Web3 for Everyone") and started the channel "Crypto for Everyone." It was a reason to understand how blockchain technologies work, why they can revolutionize the world of finance, and how the trust problem can be solved.
2. I follow NFT marketplaces like GetGems and Ton Diamonds, services like Tribute and Wallet, Cryptobot, and watch the development of gaming projects. Many strong teams emerge, and we do live streams with them in channels, allowing us to track dynamics.
3. I wanted to earn on Rolex watches :) And maybe I've already earned. I want to witness a world where multi-passports are on the blockchain, ensuring true anonymity.

Aksinia, Marketing Getgems

1. I entered the world of cryptocurrencies in 2016 when a friend mined Bitcoin worth $300. TON came into my life much later when I had been doing marketing in crypto for several years. The shared vision and the GG team attracted me, and it unfolded with Telegram and mass adoption.
2. I love projects that are super simple and accessible to everyone but still have a Web3 element. From my favorites: Pearls by Gems, Notcoin, TG usernames/numbers, TG Moments.
