Definitely a weird anime but I like it

Funimation shouldn't pull exclusive contracts for shows they just intend to drop- this release should be supported on principle alone.
Came two days early, so with pre ordering. Disc came clean and unscratched, plays well on my PlayStation 3

I'm familiar with the manga and was excited to finally see this elusive animated series, even more so with this "completely uncensored" version. I'm fine with the austin powers style censorship they use in the manga and was fully expecting the same in the show. What I wasn't expecting was black bars and mosaics. Makes me wonder how badly censored the original version was, if this is indeed uncensored. God forbid I actually see someone flip off another person. Yup, they censor the bird! Weird right? Oh well, eveything else is really nice and the extra book is superb. But I probably wouldn't have paid 100 for a censored version. BTW, you can see everything chest high, just like the manga, in case you're wondering.
If you're looking for this anime on physical media, you've probably already watched the show and know what you're getting in that regard, so my review will be based on the packaging and included extras. The metal tin it comes in is great, although I do wish the tin also came in a small box to include the art book instead of just having the two items shrink-wrapped together. The included sountrack is nice as well, but I wish it had the opening and closing tracks on it as well, instead of having to get a separate single that has the missing tracks on it. All in all, it's a good solid product I don't regret buying, just a couple minor gripes.
It’s the real deal. Full uncensored blu ray with English subs.
Video is not dubbed into English but other than that is a very funny series. Defiantly not for younger audiences.

そもそも日本じゃ再生できない
アニメ自体は前から知ってるし気に入っていたので今回のコンプリート版を見つけた時は嬉しかった。だが購入して届きいざＰＣで再生しようとしたら英語で「このディスクはアメリカ及びカナダのプレーヤーでしか再生出来ません」と出た。怒りと落胆が同時に来たがそれ以上に不思議なのは他の日本人ユーザーのレビューだ、他の方は皆見れているのか？自分だけがダメなのか、それともちゃんとした再生方法があるのか？いずれしても現時点ではこのBDはゴミも同然。
北米のリージョンコードがついているので注意が必要です。自分はPS3では再生できましたが、ブルレコ(Panasonic製DIGA)では再生できませんでした。ゲーム機はおそらくですが、リージョンフリーのドライブが搭載されているのだと思います。 内容は国内販売のものやAT-Xの無修正verと同じだと思いますが、映像特典等は当然ですが国内販売のディスクに収録されているものと異なります。画質等は普通に鑑賞する分には遜色ないと思います。 国内版の特典等にこだわりがなく、AT-Xの視聴環境が無い場合には価格的にはお得だと思います。

I’ve looked everywhere but I can never find the show completely uncensored, there’s always a scene they cut out or something. The link would be best.
The overall least censored version is the Blu-rays, but they don't include the split second of uncensored lady bits in the opening that was in the first episode that aired in Taiwan. Also most encodes of the Blu-ray that I've seen don't have the less censored version of the 6th episode. There are currently no versions that edit in the lady bits opening into the Blu-rays.
Since I don't pay attention to anime streaming sites I have no idea if any of the Blu-ray encodes are available to stream.
BitTorrent is IMO the best way to download and watch anime. Find a certain cat based BitTorrent site that I don't want to name directly since it might break some rule on Reddit and you can pick from dozens of different encodes of just about any show that you can think of.
If by completely uncensored you mean the uncensored version that aired with the normal version, most pirating websites have that. If you mean something more uncensored, it doesn't exist.
I’m mainly talking about the scene is ep 4 with the fire affinity girl scene. Halfway through they cut it out with a scene of a random person taking a bath
