International Group Controller — Finance & Logistics
Digital nomads. Work from anywhereCompany: SIIL Ostomy
Remote · English · Full-time · USD $2,500-3,000 / month
We are a growing, international, multi-company e-commerce group (~EUR 3M today, on a clear path to EUR 10M in two years). We are hiring a long-term Group Controller to own our finance and grow into our logistics-finance as we scale. Not a task-only freelancer: a dedicated teammate we can trust with the group's numbers.
What you will own (finance first):
• QuickBooks Online across multiple entities and currencies
• Bank and wallet reconciliation, monthly close, clean founder-ready reporting
• Multi-country tax calendar and coordination with our external advisors (you coordinate licensed advisors per country, you do not have to be one)
• Payment packs, intercompany hygiene, a weekly board for the founders
Grows into logistics:
• As you settle in, you gain visibility over inventory, 3PL and supply-chain finance: landed costs, stock, margins. You will learn our stack with AI and our internal systems. Finance brain first; logistics grows with the seat.
Who thrives here:
• Real finance and tax execution: books, reconciliations, filings or advisor coordination in your own country
• Junior welcome (2-4 years) if your proof is real: show closes and recons, not titles. Pure data entry is not this seat.
• Proactive and sharp: you fix things before anyone asks
• 100% dedicated, long-term: one seat, not a multi-client freelancer
• Excellent English; comfortable using AI every day as a superpower
• Growth mindset: we work by objectives and constant improvement, not clock-punching, and flexibility is real when the work ships
Location: remote. Ideal bases: Philippines, Latin America, South Africa, Eastern Europe; worldwide welcome if your English and ownership are elite.
Pay: USD 2,500-3,000 / month, full-time remote.
How to apply: send us (in English) a short intro, your books proof (QBO / multi-entity / one reconciliation story), one tax or filing story, a time you were proactive under pressure, how you use AI in your work, and your timezone.
