Interim Senior Program Manager (M/F/D)
Tasks:
* Deliver program management expertise for strategic initiatives within a defined strategic project in DX-DSS, with focus on Data Governance and RWE / Data E2E processes
* Coordinate project-related interactions with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate transparency on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
* Facilitate project-related interactions with internal and external stakeholders and maintain transparency on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
* Coordinate project activities across defined workstreams and provide visibility on timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget impacts.
* Analyze program metrics and prepare data-driven reporting and recommendations for stakeholders within defined project
* Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement within the project scope.
Qualification:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher education with 10+ years in program/project management in international environments
* Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, including external partners
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with ability to engage different levels of seniority, including leadership
* Ability to act as a coach, foster team accountability, and support performance
* Confidence to navigate ambiguity and take difficult decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
* Solid understanding of project/program governance, financial tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies – Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
* Lean Six Sigma certification or strong experience in process improvement required
