About the Role
Our growing personal injury law firm is seeking a highly motivated Intake Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting the firm’s continued growth.
The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in evaluating new cases and guiding individuals through the intake process with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients
* Gather and document key case details accurately
* Evaluate case qualifications based on firm criteria
* Provide clear and compassionate guidance to prospective clients
* Ensure timely follow-up and proper case tracking
* Maintain organized records in the firm’s systems
* Deliver a high level of client service throughout the intake process
What We’re Looking For
* Prior law firm experience
* Previous experience in a receptionist, intake
* Experience handling high call volumes or client-facing responsibilities
* Familiarity with Salesforce
* Familiarity using a softphone system
