Insurance rates after being cauught with someone in my car?

I live-in Texas and wondered what would happen if someone was hitting me with-it being their problem and I did not have insurance?

Alright well im likely to get 24000 for my car and 36 months of insurance so in just thinking how much regular car insurance will be since im thinking about 250 but I do believe that is somewhat considerably please support I must know how much the insurance will be and so I may knowhow much I will devote to my vehicle???????????????????????????????????????
