Insurance for a non-running vehicles Title Transfer?

"I am 17 and could be heading under my parents I understand hers is cheap like 600 per year and she's State Park. I'm wish the Scion TC probably and a girl the 2006 or 2007 model. I even have the w student discount and I required drivers ed. And so I was wondering my insurance would beUltrasound value WITHOUT insurance?

My doctor encouraged me using Invisalign cause I've 2 twisted eye-teeth (not bad...) and my insurance includes 90 percent of what i get done. But wouldn't Invisalign be under cosmetic?? Therefore my insurance wouldn't include it... Just wondering if somebody may realize the clear answer to that particular
