📋 Key Responsibilities:
* Provide responsive and professional customer service via email and phone
* Create and issue insurance certificates and binders using Applied Epic
* Assist with policy updates, documentation, and client record management
* Ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking within Applied Epic
* Collaborate with team members to support client needs and compliance
✅ Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Insurance VA or in an insurance support role
* Proficiency with Applied Epic (required)
* Knowledge of insurance certificates, binders, and standard procedures
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools
