ISS International SpA is looking for an Instructor to conduct a short course on "Regulatory & Compliance (HSE/API)" in Turkmenistan.
The classroom training of the duration of 4 days will be held in English and is aimed at HSE and Quality personnel in Oil & Gas Plants.
Main Topics Will Be
* Introduction to Regulatory & Compliance: distinction from Process Safety
* International and local regulations (OSHA, EU Directives, Turkmen standards, etc.)
* API Standards & Recommended Practices (e.g., API 570, API 510, API 653, API 580/581, etc.)
* HSE requirements: occupational safety, environmental protection, process/industrial safety
* Compliance Management Systems
* Audits, inspections, and certification
* Documentation and reporting (HSE reporting, incident reporting).
Requirements
* At least 15 years of experience in HSE and Quality roles in Oil & Gas Industry
* Minimum 3 years as instructor/trainer
* Proven experience in the above mentioned topics covered in the course
* English Fluency
