First step, we have to load a combolist. We click here http://prntscr.com/fxsd6q and load the combo.
Second we have to load proxies. For HTTP proxies from a txt file we have to load it here http://prntscr.com/fxseiw
For HTTP proxies using a link we have to load them here http://prntscr.com/fxse9t
For Socks Proxies we have to click here http://prntscr.com/fxseuq and load them same as http, nothing changes.
On #1 i suggest to put same settings as me.
On #2 That's the captcha settings. You can use a captcha service of your own or you can use Turbo captcha, you can find it here http://www.orangecapital.org/?page=turbocapcha. If you want to use a captcha service of your own you have to do something like that for example: http://prntscr.com/fxsh8v, Copy the captcha Key the company will provide you and paste it into the tool http://prntscr.com/fxshkd, as server use the api of the site http://prntscr.com/fxshuu and you are good to go. For turbo captcha all you have to do is paste the key when you buy it http://prntscr.com/fxsi25
On #3 That's where you choose which captcha to use, turbo or a service of your own. You can use any you want, both at the same time as well. Captcha time out should be 30.
On #4 That's where you choose what kind of information you want to be captured. Simply click or unclick them.
On #5 There you should put 0 on everything. I suggest to only pick the Orders Period you prefer, Six Months, Last Month, Last Year.
On #6 Is where you pick the domains you want to check your accounts to. You can use specific ones at once, for example .com .co.uk and .de or you can check at all domains by clicking this http://prntscr.com/fxsp45. So, List = makes you choose the domains you want & Auto = it checks on every amazon domain.

You can set threads and timeout here. http://prntscr.com/fxsrzf 100 is the maximum, 1 is the minimum. Captcha timeout , keep it 30.

Robot/Fail/Limit: That's proxy errors, they couldn't connect to the account/s
Proxies/Error/Ban: How many proxies you loaded / How many of these proxies facing a type of error / How many proxies got banned.
Bad/Protect: How many accounts are bad / ??
NoReg/Recheck: These accounts are not registered / These accounts need rechecking.
Captcha/Fail/limit: How many captchas are being used / How many captchas failed / ??
