1) Press "Three dots"
2) Choose "Report"
3) Choose "Report account"
4) Choose "Posting Inappropriate Content"
5) Choose "Dangerous organizations and individuals", "Hate speech", " Violent and graphic content".
6) Press "Submit" and "Done"
