If Encrypted

install rom->reboot to recovery->format data->reboot to system

If Decrypted (using auto DFE or DFE zip)

install rom-> install DFE (skip if auto DFE recovery) -> reboot to recovery-> wipe dalvik,data,metadata -> reboot to system
