Recovery:

Select the recovery firmware in the menu, clear the data (if necessary) and reboot

Fastboot:

Decide which installation script you need, if you are already using mangoOS use the script windows/linux_install.bat/sh

But if you don't use mongoOS choose the script windows/linux_install_upgrade.bat/sh
