Insight is a mobile application by PGA. This policy explains how the app handles user data.

Data we collect

The app may process account identifiers used for sign-in, app usage data needed to provide readings, user-entered questions or prompts, generated reading results, purchase or entitlement information when applicable, and basic device/app diagnostics needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

How data is used

Data is used to provide app functionality, authenticate users, generate and save readings, maintain user entitlements, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve service reliability.

Third-party services

The app may use Google Play services and Firebase services for authentication and app functionality. User requests may be processed by PGA backend services at pgasolution.com and by AI service providers only as needed to generate a requested reading.

Sharing

PGA does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, protect users, or prevent fraud and abuse.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Users may request deletion of their app data by contacting PGA.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and protect the service.

Children

Insight is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
