Information for graduates

🎓 Graduates, we continue to share with you what you can make in the near future!

1️⃣ Apply for vacation period to follow your graduation

To do this, you need to submit an electronic application via my.itmo.ru: Requests and queues / Requests / “Holidays due to successful graduations”.

Please provide scanned copies or photos of the following documents: passport (the main page, a page with the last entry / exit stamps, a visa – if available), migration card (if available, both sides), registration (both sides) to the Migration Service Office of ITMO University: omu@itmo.ru.

📆 Applications should be submitted by June 25, 2025.

2️⃣ Participate in the contest “Best ITMO Alumni 2025”

Some steps how to become the best of the best: 

• Carefully study the Contest Regulations.
• Make a publication on your personal page in VKontakte and attach a link in the corresponding field of the application form In the publication you should tell about your achievements related to ITMO and demonstrate your personal contribution to the development of ITMO University, St. Petersburg or Russia as a whole.
• Apply through my.itmo.ru / Requests and queues / Requests / Application form for the participation in the contest Best ITMO Alumni.

3️⃣ Apply for ITMO Digital Diploma

• Apply: ИСУ – Личный кабинет – Образование и наука – Диплом – Цифровой диплом ИТМО.
• Follow the application status update.
• Defend your Graduation Thesis.
• Receive Digital Diploma at graduation.

📆 Applications should be submitted by June 2, 2025.

4️⃣ Apply for Diploma Supplement

The application is available for those who are studying, writing and defending a Thesis in English.

Apply: ИСУ — Личный кабинет — Образование и наука.

If you studied in Russian or mixed (i.e. part of the disciplines was taught in Russian), please write to ds@itmo.ru.

5️⃣ Repeat interim exams

‼️ If you have academic backlog from the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, your only opportunity to liquidate them will be May 31, 2025.
