Your role:
We are looking for an experienced, self-driven IT Recruiter to join our international team and help us find the right people for niche, hard-to-fill technology roles worldwide. This role is for someone who can own the full recruitment cycle independently, while staying closely connected to delivery and the wider team, someone curious, innovative, and comfortable using AI tools to work smarter, not just faster.
Your responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end recruitment for niche and specialized technology roles across a wide range of technologies and geographies, from first contact to job offer
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand staffing needs and priorities, and keep them proactively updated on progress, risks, and market insights
* Source, identify, and engage talented candidates worldwide, adapting your approach to different markets, cultures, and niches
* Assess candidate qualifications and technical fit, and conduct initial interviews
* Cooperate with the internal HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with candidates, internal teams, and hiring managers
* Work independently on your own pipeline while actively supporting colleagues and the team's overall success
* Bring an innovative mindset - proactively suggest and test new ideas, tools, and approaches to improve how we hire
* Use AI tools responsibly and effectively to improve sourcing, screening, and efficiency, while keeping the human element of recruitment front and center
Your skills:
* Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with a strong track record of placing candidates in IT positions, including niche or hard-to-fill roles
* Demonstrated ability to hire across multiple technologies and geographies, adapting to local and international job markets
* Solid technical overview - comfortable navigating a broad and evolving technology landscape
* Excellent, fluent English - written and spoken
* A high degree of ownership, proactivity and responsibility, with a strong ability to work independently as well as within a team
* Confident, close communicator with delivery teams and hiring managers, comfortable raising issues early and providing regular updates
* Practical experience using AI tools in recruitment, combined with the judgment to use them responsibly
* An innovative, curious mindset - genuinely interested in improving processes, not just following them
* Results-oriented, trustworthy, open-minded, straightforward, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
* Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and internal systems
