I haven't seen this class here before and it is definitely not "infographic" class. That's why, I have tried to understand how this class finds oneself here.

I have discovered, that this class is used by http://agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br and, of course, in both issues articles are from "Agência Brasil"

We can draw a conclusion: if "paraibaonline.com.br" makes a copy of "agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br" article, it can happen, that classes are preserved.

There is a lot of "non-infographic" images, which used this class.

In my opinion we cannot reliable identify infographic images on paraibaonline.com.br.
