Requirements to get paid from Scans:

1. All Paperwork has to be scanned (100% of it, not only BOLs): so you have to scan each receipt, inspection, ticket, credit card receipts, scale ticket and any other paperwork (we don't need receipts from your fuel card transactions only). 

2. Scan has to be crisp and good quality otherwise we will mark it as reject and it will be paid only after a good picture (accepted) is resent or the original is received in the office.

3. Scan in good light on a dark background - this will ensure great quality scans; the best is in daylight time. 

4. Scanned BOLs you should upload into the system in PDF Format using the link that will be given to you. BOLs for the same load should be uploaded with multiple pages in one file, if something is written in the back please scan that one as well. 

5. You still need to send original paperwork in TripPak envelopes as you did before, once in 2 weeks. If we do not receive the originals 2 weeks after the BOL was paid than this BOL payment will be retained back from statement of that week, and will be paid back once we get the original.

6. The cutoff time at noon on Tuesday!



Instructions on how to upload BOLs directly into our system to make the payment process easier:

1. Every driver receives his own link in his BOL group;

2. Click on the link, you see the loads with no BOL;

3. Check the info for the load (locations, dates) and press ‘Edit’;

4. Upload only Scanned BOLs, all other paperwork you should send in PDF format in Telegram group “BOL, Receipts & Paperwork”.

5. When the BOL is uploaded, press ‘Save’;

6Scan and upload BOL after each trip, so you don't lose paperwork or pages of it, or mix it later.
