Undercover detectives arrested at least eight people in a crackdown on prostitution in Pittsburgh this week, according to criminal complaints filed in Pittsburgh Municipal Court.
Part of the operation involved the website Escort Babylon, which instructs potential clients to call a number to arrange for an appointment for sexual acts.
Police say they called and spoke with Samuel Snyder, 20, of Mount Oliver. They say an undercover detective talked to Snyder on the phone and arranged for sex and what police called “party favors” — crystal methamphetamine.
According to arrest papers, the officer exchanged numerous text messages with Snyder, who told the officer his phone’s battery was low and he would call from a different number.
Police then received a call from Jules Williams, 39, of Wilkinsburg, who said she was at the hotel where they agreed to meet.
Williams and Snyder knocked on the door of the hotel room and were then taken into custody, according to criminal complaints filed against them.
Police noticed Kevin Fowler Jr., 25, of Wilkinsburg also in the hallway. Williams told police Fowler was her boyfriend and had arranged for the taxi that brought them to the hotel, according to a criminal complaint.
Police confirmed that Snyder had the phone that used the number listed in the advertisement and that Williams’ phone was used in the second call with police. Fowler allegedly also told police about his role in the evening.
Snyder was charged with prostitution, possession of methamphetamine, conspiracy and criminal use of a cellphone, according to a criminal complaint.
Williams was charged with prostitution, possessing instruments of crime (a cellphone) and criminal conspiracy.
Fowler was charged with promoting prostitution, conspiracy and prohibited acts for having a baggie containing marijuana.
The number used to arrange the meeting was not in service Friday.
Public defenders listed for Snyder, Williams and Fowler didn’t immediately return messages seeking comment Friday.
Five other people were charged by Pittsburgh police in a detail Wednesday in the area of Middle and Foreland streets on the North Side, according to police.

William L Regas II owns/operates an escort site that is an interstate, organized prostitution ring. He solicits a large number of women who join his site to engage in violent sexual activity with him, gratis, in order for them to secure "status" on the board. He then solicits money from the women to "support his site". He holds GTG's (get togethers) at public venues that he rents out and has shut down to the general public for the purpose of promoting prostitution. These GTG's are attended by both the prostitutes and the johns. Some known places are Anatomy in Cleveland, Zen in Station Square, S Bar on Carson Street, and a club formerly known as Club Platinum. William L Regas II will formulate a story to the venue owner in order to secure the venue, as he cannot tell the owners of the club the GTG's purpose is to promote prostitution. The male attendees have been known to solicit the non board members who are working the party to join the board and become prostitutes.
William L Regas II also keeps soft files on the members of the board for informative purposes. These files include personal information should he need that info in order to "out" members that dont obey the site rules.
William L Regas II also engages in Defamation of Character via the board posts. The site rules, specifically #4 warn against DOC being against the rules of the site and sanctions/banning may be imposed if you perpetrate DOC. Rule number 4 on the site is not enforced.
William L Regas II and the male members of the board denigrate women and treat them as if they are subhuman reminiscent of the days when slavery was legal. The board is meant to give power back to prostitutes but instead makes the prostitutes dependent on securing positive reviews in order to garner popularity. If the prostitutes dont perform up to the male member's standards they are rewarded with a negative review that will cut into their monetary gain. I advise not giving any money to William Regas II and to exit the board or not join as the federal/state/local authorities have been advised of it's existence. The news media has also been advised of it's existence.
Many of the women are afraid of William L Regas II, but I know he is just a pathetic coward who uses intimidation tactics to get what he cannot get of his own volition.

Well it looks as if this Patricia "character" got her pound of flesh. Seems "old Bill" got arrested for promotion of prostitution and some other violations up in Cleveland. I'm sure she had nothing to do with the investigation. lol...im totally sure.

I am not a medical doctor, but I know Patrica Fees fairly well and I can honestly say that she is mentally unstable. She is a pathological liar, a home wrecker and quite possibly violent if provoked. I would stay as far away from this person as possible

This article was recently given to us by a staff member. I want to thank them for bringing it to our attention. One of the best things about the internet is it gives people the right to legally discuss anything they like. The freedom of speech is a wonderful tool. Combined with the CDA its even better. When used properly, it can inform and protect its audience. Unfortunately what you have all read here isn't that at all, but we will do our best to navigate the minefield this person has laid out before you all. Clearly the person writing all of these responses is all the SAME person, except the author named Patricia Fees, which interestingly enough is actually the legal name of the individual who has started this ripoff report and has these major issues with the site. She is an ex member. (Was and still is a prostitute as she refers to the women on the site in all of her posts.) Patricia Fees AKA CorriganBronwyn was a quirky poster, but never really an issue until she started posting information on other websites about us. August 22nd, Patricia Fees AKA CorriganBronwyn met with a banned member and her acquaintance in Cleveland where they shared information about the site and other things. (this banned member, Patricia later said was making her whole story up, and it was a ploy for the site to raise money) August 23rd, Patricia Fees AKA CorriganBronwyn posted information about a party that was planned on other websites that Indys has a relationship with. August 23rd the site deactivated her account, thinking it was compromised due to her postings on other websites matching her last login information on our site. August 24th Patricia Fees AKA CorriganBronwyn realized she was deactivated, and threw out a bunch of threats about suing us for defamation of character, for money, etc. We are anxiously waiting for such a lawsuit to arise so we have our day in court. As of today, this hasnt happened. We are more than willing to go to court and squash this nonsense. At this point, legal counsel advised the site staff to have no further contact with this person, and some members even changed phone numbers, etc to stop the incessant harassment. September 29th Patricia Fees AKA CorriganBronwyn registered the new handle gidgigogo, lied about her age (claiming she was 31, Patricia is 44) and posted an ad, began taking appointments (as a prostitute, her words) She then solicited members phone numbers and contact information in an attempt to out them and further extort them. October 18th Patricia Fees AKA CorriganBronwyn is harassing and stalking site members, of which one has asked for her information for their own lawsuit, we are letting the attorneys handle that. October 19th we extended an olive branch to settle the differences, obviously Patricia will not be allowed back on the site but we have no problems making things right with her. Offer stands, feel free to text me directly at 412-573-5960 Now to address certain issues Patricia has raised with the site: No site is perfect. We had a pretty good system going before people like this decided to use it for their malicious behavior. Patricia has raised multiple questions for us, and we are implementing changes based on that. Thank you for pointing out our flaws in these areas. We used to allow members contact information for the sole purpose of matching up names and numbers, if a provider got a phone call from 412-555-1212 she could cross reference it to a particular members alert or vouch profile. We have eliminated all contact information from the alert and vouch profiles on the site. It is a shame that in 8 years of the site running it took one person to use this information in a malicious and vile manner to compromise the safety of others. this is an example of an alert on indys.com which was submitted by two different prostitutes for the same john. In the first part of the alert, the prostitute stipulates she doesnt want her username associated with the alert, but the site attaches her username anyway. this oversite by the sites "alert poster" certainly begs the questions, "Is the site even reading the alert and vetting it? Is the site really concerned about safety? If the site WAS concerned about safety, wouldnt the "alert poster" who is ultimately posting this alert after it is submitted by the prostitute, honor the request of the prostitute to NOT post her username?" It appears the site merely cross-references the username of the alert to make sure the submitted username is registered on indys.com. so, an individual wanting to allege serious accusations against another member, appears to have "carte blanche" to do so proven by the lack of honoring the original request by the prostitute. Also, the site claims "reviews/alerts" are just fantasy and are really "figments of the poster's imagination". The site uses a fantasy disclaimer for reviews/alerts for legal reasons. If the site's "fantasy" disclaimer is valid, why would a poster take the time to write something that seems quite real in her mind? In addition, the person the alert is being written about seems to be very unstable and a danger to the "community". Certainly makes one wonder: is this isolated behavior for a john or does this constitute the "average" behavior of the "johns" on the site. I would then be so bold as to wonder: are these "johns" possibly involved in more sinister activities than just trolling for prostitutes on the internet?

The person that wrote all of these is named Patricia Fees. A cocaine fueled psychopath with no clear agenda. She was originally banned from Indys, the site she loves? Now all of a sudden she has a grudge. Compare the name on the below post I found on Indys with the name on her screenshots from the beginning of this crock of posts. I fail to see how any of this is a rip-off. Even if half of it was true, judging by the conversation she is having with herself I'd venture to say less than 1/4 of it is true. What Patricia didn't tell you is that she herself has an actual criminal record of promoting prostitution. I for one think she isn't being 100% forthcoming in her report here. Thank you for the fun read Patricia. You have quite a teenage imagination for a 44 year old. Too bad you were born almost a week after April Fool's day or that may explain part of your behavior. PS. Defamation of character doesn't pertain to online persona's. Only when you use a person's real identity. Guess you didn't learn as much as you want everyone else to think you did at Pitt. i need to clarify the owner/operator of Indys.com, William L. Regas II, operates out of Pittsburgh, PA. He also goes by the alias of PI (his username on the site of www.indys.com.) He is also heavily referenced on several car sites that specialize in modifying BMWs and on these sites Mr. Regas II has been categorized as an alleged "scam artist" by members that have tried to professionally employ his services. you can google his posted phone number, name, and company (CENO illusions) and see these references. here are two more posts from Mr. Regas'II site that are both from areas Mr. Regas II (PI) claims as secured "indys" site areas. The 1st general area is the "Ladies Lounge". This area can only be accessed if you a "vouched" prostitute. The specific area this post is from is the "vouched client review" area. Here, prostitutes can "review" tricks so other prostitutes can ascertain general info on tricks. Physical description and hygiene/psychological/safety information can be garnered
