Role Description This part-time remote Independent Human Resources Consultant role at 出海易Chuhaiyi focuses on providing expert HR guidance and support to the organization’s leadership and cross-functional teams. The consultant will design, review, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with relevant labor and employment regulations. Day-to-day tasks include advising on employee relations matters, conducting HR risk assessments, and recommending solutions to improve workforce engagement and retention. The role also involves developing HR frameworks for performance management, supporting dispute resolution, and preparing clear documentation and reports for stakeholders. The consultant will collaborate virtually with internal teams, offering strategic HR insights while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience advising organizations as an independent or external consultant.
* Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies that support organizational effectiveness and compliance.
* Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance conversations, and engagement initiatives.
* Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to apply regulations to practical HR decisions and risk mitigation.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-cultural environment.
* Proven capability to operate autonomously, manage multiple client priorities, and deliver clear, actionable HR recommendations.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
* Experience supporting organizations expanding internationally or working across different jurisdictions is highly beneficial.
