Google has it. Before sending, the sender can click to secure it. It will ask you one day. 7 days. Etc. pick one then send it. Some mongers prefer 24 hours. Some mongers prefer 7 days because they dont check emails every day.
On phone gmail, u will see ... on top right, click that one and a new window will pop up. Then click confidential mode. And go from there

Just because they seized the site, doesn’t mean they actually have the data. Most websites these days are hosted on servers in the cloud. In some of these past seizures, all the feds did was to reprogram DNS and redirect requests to their own landing page with their warning on it. They never got access to the real servers data, because the owner wouldn’t supply the password. In this case the owner might, because he seems to be in serious legal trouble. But I think the fbi got their man, and their big splash and they’ll be done, unless theirs signs of underage activity.

IMO, the best defense is to use a burner phone not associated to you, an email that isn’t tied to you, an anonymous browser, and a vpn service. I get laughed at for saying this stuff, because everyone thinks it’s going overboard. The feds could still track me down if they really wanted, but I think I just have to be more secure than most mongers. It’s the technically stupid people they’ll catch first.

And btw, trusting google to secure anything is like entrusting your pet goldfish in a tank of piranhas. Google lives on information.
As an old friend in the home security business once told: if they want to get in, they will. Just don't make it easy for them.

I think this advice applies to whatever we can do in order not to be the easy prey for LE.
