The criteria used to determine the period of storage of personal information is the
respective statutory retention period or six years in the case of contracts. After
expiration of that period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, as long as it
is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or the initiation of a contract
or for other lawful purposes.
CALIFORNIA DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURES
“Do Not Track” is a privacy setting that users can set in their web browsers or
applications. If a user turns on a Do Not Track signal in their phone, the phone
transmits a message to websites and apps requesting that they do not track the
user. The company has not implemented a methodology to responds to Do Not
Track signals.

8. Users Under 18
InFace's content is not directed at users under eighteen (18) years of age, and if

personal information from anyone under eighteen (18) years of age, but if we do
become aware of having collected personal information from a user who is
younger than eighteen (18) years of age, we will remove such information from our
