In the tourist center "Shakhrisabz" land plots for entrepreneurial activity are put up for auction

In accordance with the master plan developed by the German company ECM Group, land plots with a total area of about 10 hectares, consisting of 10 lots in the area of the Miraki mahalla of the Shakhrisabz tourist center, were put up for auction according to the master plan.

The type of activity of the lots put up for auction consists of modern service complexes and tourist infrastructure facilities of the tourist center, including hotels, guest houses, wellness, shopping, and entertainment centers.

In a notable aspect, in accordance with the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan PQ-376 of November 28, 2023, there is an opportunity for entrepreneurs who have been recognized as winners by participating in auction sales to pay the total amount over 10 years.

Also, in order to improve and green the Shakhrisabz tourist center, construction has begun on 10 km of a modern bicycle and pedestrian path along the White River connecting the sites put up for auction.

To develop the infrastructure of Shahrisabz region and create comfortable conditions for visitors, a number of construction works have been carried out in the area over the past two years. In particular, 126 km of highways were repaired at the expense of budget funds in the amount of 110 billion soums, 10 km of drinking water networks and 84 km of electric networks were laid, 16 transformers were installed, 5.1 km of wastewater networks and a water treatment plant with a capacity of 1000 m3 were built and put into operation.
