Master class held at “SHUKRONA” LLC: practical training in hotel and restaurant management for students of our university based on national dishes

Due to the fact that a practical lesson on “Hotel and Restaurant Management” by S.N. Normurodov, assistant of the Department of Business Management, was scheduled for students of the 1st year of the Faculty of Law and Tourism of Tashkent State Agrarian University, the subject of “Tourism and Hospitality”, and undergraduates, this practical lesson was held in the form of a master class in national dishes at “SHUKRONA” LLC in the building of national dishes itself.

In addition to the master class, the students were given an understanding of all the possibilities of national dishes at “SHUKRONA” LLC and were shown them.

At the same time, the students received answers to their questions.
