In Loving Memory of HRH Sheikh Raja Ashman

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh Your Highness Raja Eleena and all our brothers and sisters. We are insha’Allah honoured with this occasion of remembering again – we are not forgetting at all Sheikh Raja Ashmanق, but with this occasion also, with his Barakah, we meet on this livestream. I’m not so used to this but insha’Allah with his Barakah, of His Highness it will be Barakah for all of us insha’Allah.

First of all, we are asking from Allah ﷻ to make us meet in Jannah in the highest place with His Highness Raja Ashman, Waliyu’Llah Sheikh Raja Ashmanق. Of course, we are all the time remembering him. Everytime he was masha’Allah full of life and very active. He was from the beginning with Awliyau’Llah. He was looking and he found. Allah ﷻ gave him to be lucky to find a true Murshid and to find a true guide for him. Because many people think that they found one, but in the end they were going on the wrong way.

He was chosen by Awliyau’Llah and by the Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam for his mission – to bring Hidayah/guidance to people in South-East Asia, and other places also because he was moving and going all around. And his intention was purely for Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla. He had many options to be different in life if he looks after Dunya – he was maybe the richest one in Dunya, but he never looked for this. He was giving everything for the sake of Allah ﷻ and for the sake of the Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam, for Islam. And for this, he was chosen by Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla, and Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam and Awliya to be Barakah for your country and for all humans insha’Allah.

He is a real Awliyau’Llah and Allah ﷻ chose him like this and chose him to be in this maybe what looks like a short life, but it wasn’t short. He was full of life. He was like Sayyidina Khalid al Baghdadi who was also around 50 years when he left to the next world. Like Sayyidina Abu Hanifah, like Sayyidina al Ghazali. All of them were great, as Mawlana was sometimes saying: “King size”, very strong people. But when you look at their life, you think that it is short. But the life of these people was enough for centuries. These people’s knowledge and Barakah continues until Qiyamah. For this, they didn’t have an empty life. Some people maybe live for a 100 years but have an empty life, [with] no benefit at all. But these people, with their Himmah, hard work and blessing of Allah ﷻ, they were able to give people for a hundred years [ahead], and more than a hundred years, for centuries. Their Barakah, their Khidmah/service, their knowledge is passing through all Muslim people insha’Allah.

We are all the time, every time, not one day passes without remembering him and sending him insha’Allah what we can do. We are not forgetting him. We are remembering him every day insha’Allah. He is coming, their Arwah/souls are coming and visiting their families and loved ones, and insha’Allah they are happy. Because when people pass away and their family sends them presents, they are happy with this, they are very happy. But some people don’t have this, so their souls are sad because nothing is coming to them. But alhamduliLlah for Sheikh Rajaق, alhamduliLlah his family, his beloved ones and his Murids are sending presents for him from everywhere. And every time he is happy insha’Allah. May Allah ﷻ make you happy also.

This Dunya is like this. Some people are sad some people are happy. But if they are happy in Akhirah, we must be happy. May Allah ﷻ give you a long life insha’Allah to continue his way, Tariqah, way of Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam. He is exactly on the way of Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam; with Shari’ah, with Tariqah, with respecting Awliya, respecting Ahlu l-Bayt, respecting the Sahabah, and following Shari’ah and Tariqah. Shari’ah and Tariqah are not different; they are together. Without Tariqah, Shari’ah will be less. And without Shari’ah, Tariqah will also be not good.

So he was following the way of Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam. He was Sheikh for you country, and now alhamduliLlah Her Highness is continuing to look after the Zawiyah and after Tariqah. May Allah ﷻ give her a long life with her husband, with their children; their daughters and boys.

May Allah ﷻ give them a good generation all of them insha’Allah.
