Important update on comprehensive state accreditation!

The order of the Director of the National Quality Assurance Agency for Education titled “On approval of indicators for evaluation criteria in conducting comprehensive state accreditation of vocational education institutions” has been officially registered by the Ministry of Justice (Registration No. 3726, dated December 17, 2025).

According to the order, 203 indicators have been established for the comprehensive state accreditation of vocational education institutions, covering 37 criteria across 7 areas.

All indicators are assessed as either “compliant” or “non-compliant.”

Specifically:

 • If 60% or more of the indicators are assessed as “compliant,” the criterion is deemed “compliant.”

 • If 50% to 60% of the indicators are assessed as “compliant,” the criterion is deemed “partially compliant.”

 • If less than 50% of the indicators are assessed as “compliant,” the criterion is deemed “non-compliant.”

If a mandatory indicator is assessed as “non-compliant,” the entire criterion is automatically deemed “non-compliant,” regardless of the overall result.
