It is not MIUI Camera. It is a modified MI Camera from MI A2.

• Viper4fx:

Enable Legacy Mode from Viper Settings to Enable Audio Mod.

• Video Playback:

If any issue faced during Video Playback, try changing codecs from BegoniaParts inside Settings > Others.

• Screen Recording:

Change codecs to Google OMX from BegoniaParts for smoother Screen Recording.
