Our client is looking for an Implementation Specialist who's equal parts builder, problem-solver, and communicator. You'll work side by side with our consultants on a wide variety of projects, learn fast, and grow your consulting career in an environment designed for exactly that.
What you'll do
This is a hands-on role. Roughly:
* 70% Building. Design and implement solutions inside Salesforce and HubSpot, automations, data models, and complex systems across multiple tech stacks.
* 20% Client interaction. Join client calls in a supporting role, take sharp meeting notes, and help keep every project moving.
* 10% Project scoping. Support consultants as they scope and plan new work.
Day to day, you'll:
* Partner with consultants and senior consultants across diverse projects
* Co-design and implement software solutions
* Own your action items and deliver them on time
* Spot risks early and put out the fire before it starts
* Work within agile (and other) methodologies
* Help improve our internal processes so the whole team keeps getting better
What you bring
* Hands-on experience building in Salesforce and/or HubSpot (configuration, automation, data structures, not just using the platforms)
* Strong communication skills, you can explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical people
* A problem-solver's mindset and genuine attention to detail
* Comfort juggling several projects and shifting priorities
* Self-motivation, we don't micromanage, and we trust you to own your schedule
* Advanced English, written and spoken, this is a daily, client-facing requirement
* Salesforce or HubSpot certifications are a plus (and we'll cover the ones you pursue with us)
