Implementation Coordinator
Digital nomads. Work from anywhereCompany: Tech Pipeline
Tech Pipeline works with operations teams to fix the specific points where business processes fail. We are currently assisting a major Spanish logistics corporation to clear out operational friction within their supply chain management systems. This role is about getting into the details of how information flows from one system to another and making sure nothing gets lost in the transition. We focus on ground truth and the actual logs rather than high level theory.
About the role
The Implementation Coordinator will help bridge the gap between the software tools the logistics client already owns and the tasks their team needs to complete. At this Spanish logistics firm, the tech stack has outgrown the team, leading to a broken middle where data is often lost or trapped in email chains. You will not be building high level strategies. Instead, you will be looking at the specific routing rules that send a package to the wrong hub or the data entry errors that cause a customs payment to stall. This is a fully remote position where you will act as a bridge between technical fixes and the daily operators on the ground.
What you will be doing
* Checking logs to find where data syncs between shipping portals and internal databases failed.
* Drafting clear, step by step instructions for operators to follow when handling system exceptions.
* Monitoring daily reports from the logistics systems to identify recurring patterns of friction.
* Updating routing rules and configuration settings under the guidance of our technical leads.
* Assisting with the manual reconciliation of shipping records during the first month of a new system rollout.
* Capturing screenshots and descriptions of errors to help our developers fix technical issues.
* Participating in site walk-throughs via video calls to understand how the logistics staff interacts with their handheld devices.
* Maintaining the source of truth documentation so the client knows exactly how their new process works.
What we need from you
* A clear and direct writing style for documenting technical procedures and software steps.
* Comfort looking at raw data or configuration files without feeling overwhelmed by the technical details.
* Strong attention to detail to catch small discrepancies in large spreadsheets or database logs.
* Basic familiarity with how web applications or internal databases communicate with each other.
* A curious mindset that prefers finding the root cause of a problem over just applying a temporary fix.
* The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in a remote setting.
* The persistence to follow a single data point through multiple systems until an error is explained.
Helpful background
* Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role where you had to use complex software daily.
* Exposure to basic logic or data structures, perhaps through a coding bootcamp, a personal project, or university coursework.
* Interest in the logistics or supply chain industry and how physical goods move across borders.
What the role offers
* A fully remote work environment that respects your time and personal space.
* Competitive pay that is attractive for an entry level position in the current market.
* Direct exposure to real world technical problems and how large corporations manage their operations.
* Mentorship from experienced technical operators who value teaching and clear communication.
* The chance to see a concrete result as systems become more efficient and less frustrating for the users.
* A focus on building practical skills that are useful in any future operations or technical project management role.
Working at Tech Pipeline
We prioritize clear documentation and evidence over long meetings and presentations. At Tech Pipeline, we would rather read a well written update on a progress log than sit through a ninety minute call. Our team is spread out across different locations since we are a remote organization, but we stay connected through written communication and a shared focus on solving concrete problems. We do not stick around once a problem is solved: we fix the system, make sure the client team can handle it themselves, and then move on to the next challenge. We value the ground truth of how work moves and we expect every team member to stay close to the technical reality of the systems we fix.
