There could be more failed cases.

I know you're pretty good, you might be able to cover 95% cases, but you still fail the left 5% cases which endanger contents.

There're only two reliable options here:

1. Do not generate IV for images/iframe nested in table

2. Transform all tables into div. But this is a bad idea, since those images' caption would become a normal paragraph which can't be separated from its context.

So I make a choice here to not generate IV for those images/iframes nested in table on this site.
