Robert is a successful architect who sleeps with every woman he meets. His wife Michelle can't stand her husband's infidelity and hires a private investigator to have solid proof of the affairs. But as the private investigator supplies her with the material to ask for a divorce, he and Michelle also start an affair of their own. As Michelle confronts her husband he promises her to be faithful if she remains with him. But the private investigator in love with Michelle and the secretary in love with Robert still have a role to play in this.

A prime example of the soft core genre, in every way including lackluster acting, predictable plot lines, glamorous locations, and lots of female frontal nudity and painfully obviously simulated sex. If it's on TV for free, watch it, why not. I saw it on Showtime. I'll be honest, I've never understood the soft-core drama genre's propensity to include the worst aspects of both the hardcore porn and the made-for-TV drama. But to be frank, I watched it for one reason only - to see a variety of female breasts. And there are a variety here, from very small to enormous. All rather nice. When a reviewer says that four pairs of breasts - and to be fair, a MFF threesome involving female-female kissing - saves the film, I suppose it isn't terribly flattering. But it is what it is. Watch it for free only.

Jewel Valmont is hot and everything but she cannot carry the whole flick on her shoulders. We get a steamy plot filled with infidelity, lots of sex, and a twist. Well, the husband is one lucky man. He gets to have sex with three women in different scenes. The sex level is not that explicit and rather looks more like a late 90's effort. I would expect a more decent cast but we can enjoy what we have. Not so much sexual goodies but at least we get a lot of naked women. Nothing more, nothing less. One to forget.

"Illicit Sensations" is a cookie-cutter soft-core thriller with an extremely predictable plotline. Everything about this film seems recycled; the characters, the story, even the title of the film, which is simply a combination of passion, obsession, illicit, sensation, desire, etc.--the words usually used to create softcore film titles. Jewel Valmont (aka Ava Vincent) is our heroine in this film, playing the all-alone housewife while her husband is off at work (I believe he's a designer of some sort). Of course, one woman isn't enough for him, so he's off banging a couple more on the side while his naive wife sits at home and waits for him to return. She eventually comes around and suspects him of cheating, which leads her to call a private investigator. The P.I. gets the goods and returns the evidence to the wife. She vows to break it off with her husband, but not before getting some well-deserved attention from the P.I. Meanwhile, back at the office, the hubby has an assistant who's been in love with him. She's overjoyed when the divorce papers come in, since she wants to be with this guy more than anything in the world. The hubby realizes his wife really does want to break it off and goes home to beg and plead for forgiveness. She gives him one more chance, which breaks the poor P.I.'s heart, since he has a thing for the wife now. Up until now, this film has followed the footprints of many other softcore films with the same plotline: Frustrated wife has philandering hubby, she hires PI to investigate, ends up sleeping with said PI, and then takes her hubby back in the end. Spoilers await you, so consider this a warning.
Later on in the film, the wife has a strange feeling someone is watching her....ah yes, it's the P.I., back for one last fling....right? No, he's got a gun. It seems that after the wife broke the news she'd be no longer sleeping with him to get back at her husband, he went off the deep end and has been stalking her ever since. Didn't see that coming. Anyway, she talks her way out of a tense situation by acting like she wants to go with the P.I., even making out with him to get his guard down so she can give him a low blow (ouch!) and slap the gun out of his hand. In comes hubby to the rescue, and a big brawl breaks out. Eventually, the hubby gets the upper hand and saves his wife from a fate worse than death....I think. This movie had a little bit of everything, but nothing spectacular. Women: C (No real standouts, although Tina Tyler as Cheryl, the always-horny assistant, was quite a turn-on) Sex: C (Incredibly average sex scenes. A fair amount of them, but no real hot-and-heavy stuff going on to make it look realistic.) Story: C- (A recycled plot, used by countless other films similar to this one. Not enough variation to warrant a grade higher than this.) Overall: C- (The story grade knocks a third of a point off, making this a slightly below-average film. The generic plot didn't help matters any, although good sex scenes can balance that out....too bad this film didn't have any of those. Watchable, but not worth taping.)
