Followers of Iggy Azalea ’s Instagram account are well used to seeing revealing photos of her figure displayed on her page. However, Azalea seems to have considerably ramped up her efforts in the sex-kitten department of late — in the past few weeks, she’s gone from merely posing in skimpy outfits to showing off all-out nude portraits.

The shots are — relatively — tasteful (enough to conform to Instagram’s “artistic” nudity standards , anyway). But apparently, some fans have been raising eyebrows — or, at the very least, have been confused as to why her account has taken such a sizzling turn.
The “Fancy” singer/rapper has clapped back at the haters in a series of tweets, saying the photos are her latest form of creative release.
As she explained, she doesn’t have full control over her musical output…
Say what you want about me posting pictures on instagram but honestly, it gives me something else creative i can focus on – when sometimes im in a dark place or i feel stagnant. Most days i want my project to drop, yesterday! but i dont get to make those choices.

Azalea also explained that she uses Instagram as a coping device for mental issues.

She went on to reflect, “I f it were up to me I’d be releasing songs at the same rate I post pictures,” and added a note of gratitude for anyone who supports her creative efforts.
It seems she has plenty of those in her corner. Fans responded on Twitter to her comments overwhelmingly on the positive side, sending glowing affirmations — both for her photographs and for her bravery in confessing her struggles with depression and anxiety.

Iggy Azalea is stripping down to celebrate the release of her new EP, " Survive The Summer ."
The "Fancy" hitmaker took to Instagram on the eve of the EP's release on Thursday night to share several photos of herself posing completely nude on a tennis court while wearing just neon green pumps and a matching oversized Prada bag .
"Haters can’t stand me but they love me at the bank," she captioned one of the photos.
"I need my bag qui.ck.ly ," she wrote under another one.
She posted the photos just as " Survive The Summer " was released. The new collection of songs serves as the much-delayed follow-up to 2014's " The New Classic ," which was the album that catapulted Azalea to become a household name off the backs of hits like "Fancy" and "Black Widow."

Iggy Azalea sent social media into meltdown after she unveiled a slew of explicit messages that she had received on Instagram from mystery profiles with millions of followers
Iggy Azalea has leaked a series of X-rated messages that she has received on social media from prominent celebrities.
The 30-year-old Australian rapper took to her TikTok page earlier this week to share an edited video in which she danced around while the screenshots rolled behind her.
While the blonde bombshell kept the identities of the accounts hidden, she did reveal that the accounts had millions of Instagram followers and were verified by the platform.
In the expose, Iggy even revealed that one of the accounts had offered to pay her $15,000 just to be able to talk to her.
“I know you got money and it don’t excite you but I know ya time is valuable so I’ll pay you for ya time, I’ll give you $15k just to speak to me and have a conversation," read one message from a profile with 8.9 million followers.
Others were cruder, with one writing: "I want to kiss the inside of your b**t h**e."
Other mystery accounts offered to marry the star while one wrote: "I'll play side n***a step daddy roleplay, toe massage, therapist, whatever role you want me to play."
Alongside the clip, the mum of one simply wrote: "ha ha ha as if!?!?! stay outta my DMs uglies."

Naturally, Iggy's 2.9 million TikTok followers were loving the leaked message and applauded the star for clapping back.
Other followers also slipped into detective mode in a bid to try and uncover who the mystery Instagram profiles belonged to.
On Twitter, she then responded to a fan's question about whether the people in question were 'mad' at the TikTok video.
"No but a lot of normal guys said “thanks for not exposing me” lol. But I wouldn’t clown a nice msg." she wrote.
The clip came after Iggy also mentioned the amount of DMs she gets in her latest single, Sip It. At one point in the explicit lyrics, she raps: "'Rappers in my phone, in my DM, won't leave me alone."
As well as gearing up to release her latest album, Iggy also recently revealed that she would be getting her Covid vaccine later this month.
Writing on her Twitter profile, the music icon explained that she was getting the vaccine soon and hoped that she would be able to have a more normal summer as a result.
She said: "I’m getting my Covid vaccine later this month and I’m very excited! I’ll gladly feel like shit for a few days if it means I can potentially have a normal summer this year."

A blast from the past, the nude outtakes from pop icon Iggy Azalea’s 2016 photoshoot with GQ magazine were leaked online over the Memorial Day weekend.
Azalea expressed surprise and anger at this betrayal of her privacy and documented in a since-deleted statement the expression of these sentiments along with the assertion that she intends to press charges.”I fully intended on finding out where the leak originated from and pressing criminal charges in regards to this,” wrote Azalea. “It’s important to me that someone actually be held accountable for their actions & the way it impacts my life.” Azalea went on to write, “Today I’m a ball of negative emotions. I feel blindsided, embarrassed, violated, angry, sad and a million other things. Not solely because I did not consent to this—but also because of the vile way people have reacted. A lot of the comments I see from men, in particular, taking things even further and sharing their thoughts and fantasies in regards to my body has honestly disturbed me. The outright wicked things people say is overwhelming & makes me feel like throwing up.”
Azalea continued to speak about the destructive effects a violation of privacy such as the releasement of nudes without the subject’s consent can have on the subject’s personal life – in this case, her own. She describes its effects as like those of “a nuclear bomb that explodes and not only destroys you emotionally but leaves a path of destruction in your personal life.” Azalea also verbalized shock that someone who worked on the 2016 photoshoot still had the images as there was “no reason for anyone to have kept the outtakes from the shoot.” This left Azalea, once again, “surprised and angry that they [the photographs] were not immediately deleted after the final images were selected.”

Given the recent and rapid increase of negativity on Azalea’s social media accounts, Azalea has chosen to remove herself from the responses of the public and made the unpopular decision to delete both her Instagram and Twitter accounts. However, Azalea made sure to delay these acts of deletion until after her statement regarding the effects the nude photo leak has had on herself and her personal life saw the light of a day on social media, as well as a statement explaining her then-impending online absence: “I have seen some really vicious s— written in the last 24 hours and it is too much negativity for me to handle. For now, it’s best to keep my accounts deactivated.” Fans of the singer are left to fill the social media void left in Azalea’s virtual absence with tribute accounts honoring the icon.
