Invitation To National Competitive
Bid (NCB)


The FDRE, Ministry of Innovation and Technology MinT/ has planned to invite eligible and qualified bidders for the budget year of 2013 Ethiopian Calendar for the procurement of consultancy service and IT goods.

The Bid will be conducted through Open National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the FDRE, FPPA-August 2011 version.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from FDRE, MINT and with respect to the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday working hours.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders directly from FDRE, Ministry of Innovation and Technology, 3 Floor, Office No. 301 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Ethiopian Birr) starting from first announcement of this notice on the Ethiopian Herald or Addis Zemen in-office hours until closing date and time as specified in the table below. Bidders may communicate for clarification in writing in the address mentioned below.

Bids must be delivered to the address below as stated the days after this bid from first announcement of this notice on the Ethiopian Herald or Addis Zemen. Bids will be opened the same time at 4:30AM (Morning) as stated in the table with the presence of bidders' representatives, who choose to attend, at the address below.
Late bids will be rejected & Electronic bidding will not be permitted for now. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency, CPO, or Unconditional Bank Guaranty.

**The Ministry has the right to partially or fully reject the bid. ***
