INVITATION FOR BIDS

Ethiopian Insurance Corporation invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of different IT Training Service

The bid is open only to those who shall fulfill the following requirements:
Should have a currently renewed relevant Trade license,
Should have registration of value added tax (VAT) and
Should have registered in supplier's list and can produce print out from the website of Public
Procurement and Property Administration Agency or can be confirmed from source data.
Bidders Should Submit Certificate that shows they are affiliated with authorized training company(Joint Venture) or certificated that shows they are authorized Training Company
A complete set of bid documents can be obtained against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two hundred) from Procurement and supply management Team office, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head office building 1st floor room No.108.
The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 80,000.00 (Eighty Thousand) separately in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee valid for 90 days.
Bid documents must be delivered to Procurement and supply management Team office, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head office building 1st floor room No.108 On June 24,2020 up to 2:00 pm and Bids will be opened on the same date at Facility Management Directorate Conference hall at 2:30 pm
