This privacy policy applies to the IceBoard Shift app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by VITA LIFE SLOVAKIA s. r. o. (collectively, the "Application"). VITA LIFE SLOVAKIA s. r. o. is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
IceBoard Shift (Android package com.melbet.iceboardshift) works offline and does not transmit personal data to the Service Provider. No account is required. The app has no internet permission, advertising, analytics or tracking. Teams, player rosters, drills, practices, lineups and coaching notes entered by you are stored locally on your device. This local information may include names or other details you choose to enter.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The Service Provider does not collect or share your in-app data with third parties. Android Auto Backup is enabled, so Android may back up app data to your own Google account according to your device and backup settings. This is a platform service; the Service Provider does not receive that backup. You can manage backups through your device and Google account settings.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can remove locally stored information by deleting items in the app or clearing the app's storage in Android settings. Uninstalling removes app data from the device. Copies held by Android backup may need to be managed separately through your device or Google account settings. The Service Provider does not hold a server-side copy of your in-app data.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting info@vitalifeslovakia.click.
Children
IceBoard Shift is intended for adult coaches aged 18 and over. It is not designed for or directed at children. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to the Service Provider, contact info@vitalifeslovakia.click so that it can be addressed.
Security
Your coaching information is stored on your device. Protect access to your device and any backup account using the security controls available to you. No storage or security system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving any data you have voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider at info@vitalifeslovakia.click.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
