Payment & Payout Details: For creators, bank account or mobile money details required to receive payouts.

Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and actions taken.
Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns and improve the Service.

c. Third-Party Payment Processor Data

Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Kora pay).
iWish does not store full credit/debit card numbers or banking credentials.
Our processors may share limited transaction data (amount, status, reference ID) so we can track Gifts and payouts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process personal data to:

Provide and maintain the iWish Service.
Process Gifts and Creator payouts, including calculation of iWish’s platform fee and payment processor fees.
Communicate with you about your account, transactions, or support requests.
Improve, personalize, and secure the Service.
Comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.

iWish does not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed:

Payment Processors: To facilitate Gifts and payouts.
Service Providers: Vendors that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, customer support).
Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or court order.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred.

4. Creator Funds & Responsibilities

iWish provides the platform and payment infrastructure only.
We do not control or monitor how Creators spend the funds they receive.
Any use of funds by Creators is solely their responsibility. Gifters acknowledge that iWish has no liability for how funds are used after disbursement.

5. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
