IV Contest 2.0 - Fanpage.it - Recipe icons issue

In this recipe page cescus replaced SVG icons with their emoticon counterparts. I thought his solution was nice so I decided to implement it on my template. However testing it on my device revealed some rendering issues:

1. The first emoticon (👨‍🍳) is actually rendered with two emoticons (👨‍ + 🍳)
2. The width of the table exceeds the horizontal width of the client truncating the content.
3. The table scrolls horizontally showing an ugly bar

Perhaps on other devices these issues won't show up, but consider that the string may be longer (for example with "Difficile" in place of "Facile" or "1h 30min" in place of "30min").
So I prefer a textual implementation that I consider more reliable. In fact those icons are not so essential because the meaning of the text is preserved even without them.
