IUENG - #SharedMemories competition

This competition will run from the 13th of August, 2024 until the 28th of August, 2024 at 16:00 UTC.

To participate in the competition you will need to share a picture of a Portal that you have taken and submitted via the Scanner and which has been accepted and is visible on the corresponding Portal. It does not matter when this picture was added to the Portal in question, and you can still submit new pictures for the competition as long as they have been added to the Scanner before the end of the competition. The first picture taken during a Portal Nomination counts as well. While not mandatory, do try to make sure to submit the best picture you have taken during your Ingress career.

Only one entry per Agent is allowed. Agents submitting multiple entries will be disqualified.

Once the competition closes, a random submission will be chosen and declared winner. After the IUENG Admins have checked that the winning submission was submitted in good faith (aka it is not a troll post) and we have confirmed the picture, we will notify the winning Agent via their provided Contact method and confirm some details. If we are not able to contact the winning Agent or there hasn't been a response in 24 hours a new winner will be chosen. The winning Agent will then receive the "Shared Memories: Supporter" badge on their profile. Every Agent can participate, no matter where they are from.

When you enter into this competition you agree that we may share your Portal picture in the IUENG channel, even if you don't win.

Note that the competition will end two days before the "Shared Memories: Supporter" badge will become available in the store. We will notify the winner as soon as the competition is over, hence, should you plan on buying this medal, check your provided method of Contact before doing so in order to make sure that you don't buy the medal even though you have won.
