Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Recruitment practices
- Relevant working experience in IT Recruitment
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Creativity and ability to find non-standard solutions to problem situations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Energy and enthusiasm to learn new things
- Good spoken and written English
Main responsibilities:
- Searching and forming CVs database
- Contact and guide the candidates through the whole recruitment process
- Organizing and providing job interviews
- Preparing internal recruitment reports
- Setting appointments and arranging meetings
- Participate in specific job fairs/recruitment events
