Required skills:

— Experience in recruitment for 2 years.

— Strong communicational skills. [you’ll speak with C-level executives and clients] 

— Super fluent English: handle a conversation and write emails in English. [if you think your English is good — check twice]

— Self-motived [you know how to get shit done]

— Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. 

— Hard-working attitude [no-one is going to babysit you]

— Understanding of real interest of candidates and build long-term relationships with them.

Your duties:

— Full recruitment life cycle of technical and C-level positions. 

— Interviewing candidates 5+ calls per day. 

— Negotiations with candidates.

— Talent mapping, sourcing and assessment.

— Support candidates during the recruitment process.

— Maintaining recruitment related reports.

— Work closely with clients to coordinate the search, set up recruitment priorities and submit profiles.
