Job Description

We are looking for an IT auditor with expertise in IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. The prospective candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive IT audit plans, performing in-depth risk assessments, and evaluating the effectiveness of IT controls and security measures.

Job responsibilities

• Conduct IT audits using a risk-based approach, focusing on high-risk areas such as cybersecurity, access controls, data privacy, and change management,
•  Identify, assess, and prioritize IT risks across infrastructure, networks, applications, and third-party services.
• Develop audit scopes, testing strategies, and work programs tailored to specific technology and business risks.
• Evaluate controls over IT general controls (ITGCs), system implementations, disaster recovery, and cloud security.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, summarizing findings, risk ratings, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT operations, compliance, and business units to validate findings and track remediation efforts.
• Ensure audit activities comply with internal policies, industry standards (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001), and regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications

• A degree in information technology/computer information systems or related,
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) will be considered as an advantage,
• At least 2 years of work experience as an IT Auditor and 3 years of information security experience,
• Clear understanding of IT audit methodologies,
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment,
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills,
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
