Resident IT Support Technician

Grupo Fractalia is a multinational, present in 12 countries and with more than 2000 employees that offers massive support services to any technology and is a leader in information technology.

We are currently looking to incorporate into our team, "Technical Resident Concepción"

Its functions will be:

• Installation of critical and security updates for Microsoft Windows 10 and MAC OS, Microsoft O365 / Suite / 2019.

• Creation of distribution packages (Installation, modification and uninstallation)

• Deployment of corporate software.

• Software Center Administration, Antivirus Software Maintenance Tasks

• Manage Bitlocker Service.

• Reports and inventories of equipment, Report and inventories of Software.

• Creation and maintenance of base images that the client requests.

• Generate weekly and monthly reports and reports.

• Manage tasks requested by the CSIRT or ITSM tools that are capable of integrating with client platforms

• Keep the microcomputer park updated

• Support, review, technical and logistical support, maintenance of audiovisual and home automation equipment

• On-site and remote support in the use of audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms, oriented to the user area, also in the use of videoconference and telepresence equipment and software, oriented to the same and Technical support that the area requires

• Maintenance and periodic reviews of HW videoconference and telepresence equipment.

IT technician Requirements:

* Ongoing, truncated or completed university and / or technical studies of Systems, Informatics and / or Computing careers

* 1 year of minimum experience in work of help desks, contact center, telephone support, attention to the general public.
