As an IT Support Officer, you will assist in maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting employees with hardware, software, and network-related needs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Respond to IT support requests and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management
• Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and connectivity issues
• Monitor system performance and report technical concerns
• Maintain IT inventory and update technical documentation
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members when necessary
✅ Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
