The Model: 50/50 Net Profit Split
We believe in absolute transparency and equal partnership:
* 50% Net Profit Share (Not Gross Revenue): You receive 50% of the company's net profit on every project, contract, or outstaffed developer you bring in. (Profit is calculated as Gross Contract Value minus direct internal developer cost).
* Recurring Monthly Income: For outstaffing and dedicated developer placements, you earn your 50% net profit share every single month for as long as the developer stays on the project.
* Transparent Math: We provide full visibility into our internal developer rates and margins so you always know your exact 50% payout on every client invoice.
What You Will Do:
* Drive B2B outreach and acquire new clients (Custom Web Dev, E-commerce, Outstaffing/Staff Augmentation, Agency Partnerships).
* Choose your preferred target markets and sales channels (LinkedIn, Email, Cold Calls, Personal Network).
