Responsibilities:

  • Update/new site creation in service systems;
  • Install Base update, analytics, report and tracking;
  • Open service cases in systems, assign to engineer and escalate (if needed);
  • Support with service case management;
  • Support with contract data entry and update in Service systems;
  • Track and update installed products, versions, contact information etc.;
  • Fill in, track and control warranty dates, POS and service contracts;
  • Support inside sales with service contracts payment control and invoicing;
  • Procurements tracking (getting invoices from supplier, tracking payments and shipment with OTR and finance);
  • Site readiness (sending installation requirements, checklists, getting feedback from customer);
  • Communications with customers
  • Sales activities support from the office
  • Marketing material localization and adaptation;
  • Management of demo projects (documents & delivering).

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a master's degree program;
  • Technical background, strong analytical skills, able to analyze a big amount of data;
  • Ability to work 30 - 40 hours per week;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of Excel, ERP system experience is an advantage;
  • Good organization and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels with cross functional teams based in Russia and Europe;
  • Strong interpersonal skills / self-motivated and result oriented team player.
