Classical IT BA who will be focused on the requirements gathering.
SPECIFIC TASKS/ACTIVITIES
**-** Elaborates the product vision clarifying the goal and context of the product
**-** Work with the Product Owner to manage a product roadmap and requirements
**-** Gather business requirements through a variety of techniques (e.g. workshops, work sessions, interviews, competitive analysis)
**-** Writing detailed specification, tech requirements (Tech Tasks)
**-** Review Tech Tasks with the development team to clarify or elucidate requirements, to ensure understanding what we need to build;
**-** Oversee the development work during a product execution and manage after the launch;
**-** Manage solution scope, detect and track changes. Manage requirements related conflicts and issues up to resolution.
**-** Prioritize requirements and manage their allocation. Define non-functional requirements including external interfaces and constraints
**-** Business analysis of potential new features
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
**-** Master’s degree in IT, business administration, mathematics or related field
**-** At least 2 years of BA experience
**-** Practical experience with business analysis methods (document analysis, user histories, use cases, functional decomposition, prototyping, BPMN and standard UML diagrams)
**-** Experience in writing technical specifications for IT projects
**-** Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Confluence
**-** Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, research and analyze stakeholders groups and the links between them
**-** Fluence English (written and spoken)
AS A PLUS:
**-** Tech experience. As a Developer, Automotive QA, DevOps, etc
**-** Experience with public IT-systems
