II. 35. Rhadamanthus-Nimrod

Rhadamantus is a just king. The image of Rhadamanthus merged the images of Nimrod, the First Messiah of mankind, and Moses, the Second Messiah of mankind. Nimrod-Rhadamantus is God the Father in ancient times, and Moses-Rhadamantus is God the Son in ancient times. The historian Ephorus writes that there was also an ancient Rhadamanthus, who first united the cities of Crete and civilized it, established laws, prescribing everything, as he claimed, receiving from Zeus. And Minos, who lived later, imitated him. In fact, Nimrod-Rhadamantus-Minos is the ancient Messiah, and Moses imitated him.

The name Rhadamanthus is a variation of the name Nimrod.
