Affiliate Manager (SEO & Listings) — Tier-1 Casino Brand About us We’re an established online casino operating in Tier-1 markets (Canada, New Zealand, Nordics, Poland). We’re scaling acquisition through a focused SEO/listings strategy and need one sharp operator to own it. The mission Build and run our listings portfolio from the ground up — source, negotiate, and manage placements across review portals, comparison sites, and niche/long-tail affiliates that send real first-time depositors in our target geos. You’ll own the channel that drives our growth. What you’ll do Source and close listing deals across Tier-1 geos (CA, NZ, Nordics, PL) — top portals, mid-tier geo sites, and the long tail Negotiate commercial terms (listing fees, CPA, RevShare, hybrids) and push for the best cost per FTD, not just the lowest headline price Verify traffic quality before we pay — organic volume and geo split (Ahrefs or similar), not just the partner’s claims Manage the live portfolio: track FTD and contribution per listing, renew the winners, cut what’s below threshold Hit a steady listing-addition pace and report on cost per FTD, FTD volume, and portfolio contribution What we need (must-haves) A real, existing network of affiliate/listing contacts in iGaming — you can open doors from day one Proven track record closing listing/affiliate deals that delivered depositing players in Tier-1 geos Fluent in the numbers: cost per FTD, RevShare vs CPA vs hybrid, NGR, lifetime value — you negotiate on unit economics Hands-on with Ahrefs/SEMrush for traffic verification and affiliate tracking platforms Know the landscape: AskGamblers, Casino Guru, SlotsCalendar, the main portals and networks per geo English fluent; Russian a strong plus for CIS affiliate channels Nice to have Existing relationships with CA/NZ/Nordics/PL-specific portals Experience building or buying own SEO assets Background with an offshore (Curaçao/Anjouan) brand What we offer Competitive base + performance bonus tied directly to FTD volume and portfolio contribution — your upside scales with results High autonomy: you own the channel and the deal flow, minimal bureaucracy Remote A product that converts: strong reputation, fast KYC and payouts, crypto-friendly To apply Send your CV or profile.
