This privacy policy applies to the ICE DEEP CATCH app (hereby referred

to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Seytimov

Zafar (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.

This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application uses several third-party services and a Service

Provider backend to display advertisements, measure their performance,

and improve service quality. The Application itself does not directly

collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email

address, phone number, or postal address.

Information collected automatically when you use the Application

includes:

- Your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)

- Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), which is used

to determine your approximate location (country/region only — no

precise GPS data)

- Information about your device, including device model, manufacturer,

operating system version, language preference, and screen resolution

- Application performance data, including crash logs and diagnostic

information (battery level, available memory, session length)

- Information about your interactions with the Application, including

session start events, ad events, and in-app actions

- Google Play install referrer data (the source of your installation,

such as the advertising campaign or store listing URL parameters),

which is collected via the official Google Play Install Referrer API

for the purpose of attribution and fraud prevention.

The Application does not gather precise GPS location of your mobile

device. The Application does not request access to your contacts,

photos, calendar, microphone, camera, files, or browsing history.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies

to process your data or provide features.

Game preferences (round duration, sound settings, haptic feedback,

best score, play count) are stored locally on your device and are not

transmitted to the Service Provider or any third party.

Third Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services. Each service

has its own Privacy Policy describing how it handles your data:

- Unity Ads (Unity Technologies)

Used for in-app advertising and ad performance measurement.

Used for install attribution and marketing analytics. AppsFlyer uses

the Google Play Install Referrer API to determine the source of your

installation.

- Google Play Install Referrer API (provided by Google LLC)

Used to retrieve install attribution data from the Google Play Store.

This is an operating system level service and is governed by Google's

Aggregated and anonymized data may be transmitted to these third-party

services to enable advertising, attribution, and to help improve the

Application.

Service Provider Backend

The Service Provider operates backend infrastructure used to validate

installations, deliver dynamic content, prevent fraud, and improve

service quality. The backend may receive the following information

when you use the Application:

- Your device's IP address

- Your device's language preference

- Your AppsFlyer install attribution data

- Google Play install referrer information

- Anonymous device characteristics (model, manufacturer, OS version)

This information is used solely for the purposes described above and

is not sold to third parties or used for any other commercial purpose.

The Service Provider does not store personally identifiable information

linked to this data.

Disclosure

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically

Collected Information:

- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar

legal process;

- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to

protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others,

investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

- with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do

not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them,

and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy

statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily

by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as

may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile

application marketplace.

You can also reset your Android Advertising ID or limit ad

personalization through your device settings:

Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID / Delete advertising ID

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider does not retain personally identifiable User

Provided data on its own servers. Anonymous, aggregated data may be

retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their

respective privacy policies:

If you wish to delete data the Application has transmitted to the

Service Provider's backend, please contact

niyazbek2004.10.10@gmail.com and a response will be provided in a

reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit

data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The

Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable

information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the

Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal

information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from

their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that

your child has provided us with personal information, please contact

the Service Provider (niyazbek2004.10.10@gmail.com) so that they will

be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the

confidentiality of your information. All data transmitted by the

Application to third-party services and to the Service Provider's

backend is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher).

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural

safeguards to protect the information they process and maintain.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.

The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy

Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are

advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as

continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-05-09.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your

information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by

the Service Provider.
