Вот эта тема не новая совсем, и без малого каждый уже свое слово так или иначе вставил. Прежде чем двинуть вперед, я все же повторюсь.
Местоимения YOURSELF, MYSELF и проч. называются "рефлексивными", или "возвратными" - (себяшными?). В русском языке параллельными им являются местоимение "себя" или "суффикс - ся/-cь". Например, "одеваюсь", "моюсь", "бреюсь", "тороплюсь", "дверь открылась", "чувствую себя" и проч. В английском языке глаголы, скажем, wash, dress, shave, feel и проч. эту рефлексивность имеют своей составной частью. Это значит, что мы, как правило, не говорим I've washed myself. Несмотря на то, что мы и по-русски так никогда не скажем ("я помыл себя"), этот myself постоянно оказывается там где, ему не должно быть. Видимо, некая языковая интуиция у русскоязычного студента все-таки есть, но в данном случае она "малфункционирует". Поэтому мы говорим "I've washed", "I've dressed" (это не только "одевать", но еще и "одеваться"), "I've shaved" и проч. без себяшных (с вашего позволения) местоимений. За исключением (иначе бы мы не английский язык учили) случаев, когда требуется подчеркнуть, что действие имеет объектом именно "себя", а не "его" или "ее", например вот.
Помыть вы должны были и себя и сына, а помыли только себя.

Это работает с такими глаголами, как WASH, SHAVE, DRESS и проч.
C глаголом FEEL история несколько другая.
I feel good/ She felt dizzy/ We feel stupid = Я чувствую СЕБЯ хорошо/ У нее кружилась голова/ Мы чувствуем себя тупыми. То есть "себя" - уже часть глагола "feel".
А вот "she's feeling herself" - это уже не про "чувствовать", это про "щупать себя". Причем именно в том самом месте, в котором приятней всего и получать от этого удовольствие. Хоть мысль моя резвится и нечиста, канал-то у меня все же приличный. Поэтому без дополнительных примеров. Скажу лишь только, что подобная структура может быть использована в переносном значении "быть от себя в восторге". Рисанулись вы новой тачкой перед кентами, или выступили на сцене под всеобщие аплодисменты - и вот уже про вас можно сказать: "he is so feeling himself now" = "он просто с самого себя тащится".
И вот когда вы этот важный момент усвоили, можно перейти к дополнительной информации. Вот эта функция возвратности работает тогда, когда FEEL используется с прилагательными. В случае же с причастиями - нет.
She felt herself flying away. = Она чувствовала, как улетала.
I felt myself exercising full control over the situation. = Я чувствовал, как осуществлял полный контроль над ситуацией.
I felt (myself) bound by the agreement. = Я чувствовал себя связанным этим обязательством/ что был связан этим обязательством.
В данных примерах возвратность осутствует, за исключением примера с BOUND, который можно рассматривать и как FEEL с прилагательным BOUND (связанным), и как сложную конструкцию - FEEL + object + прошедшее причастие. В любом случае можно и так и так.В общем, не путайте. И на здоровье. Британские ученые давно уже доказали, что ничего вредного в этом нет.

I did "Fika" with a previous colleague yesterday. "Fika" is a traditional Swedish custom which people get together and talk with coffee and something sweet stuff. I like this style, because It's simple, easy and cheep. People just enjoy talking without alkohol. The reason we have a fika is because we coinsidely met when I took a walk in a nearby park. There we had short talk and recognized that we live in close each other. Although we hadn't met long time, our talk didn't stop until the end of fika. We told about our currently stuff, common acquaintance and so on. It was so fun and time has gone quickly. She said from next week her new course of university will start. So, our next seeing will might be a little ways away. However I can't wait next time. I hadn't met friends while long time due to Corona but, I felt meeting face to face makes difference compared to online.
【Wisdom tooth】 I went to a dentist to take my left back wisdom tooth out in this morning. This was the second time for me.It took more time than last time. This wisdom tooth had been in my mouth for a long time, I think that's why the dentist struggled to take it out since it rooted strongly. I don't know though. Speaking about wisdom teeth, do you know how it's called in Japanese? It's called 親知らず(Oyashirazu). 親 is “parents”and 知らずis “Not knowing”. It’s because the wisdom teeth grows around the time you are already independent from your parents and they wouldn’t know it. I chose to go to work after the treatment. I rather work and distract myself than sitting at home and endure the pain. After work, I'm at Chinese restaurant and ordering rice porridge now. I can't wait to have a usual food again!
It always rains recently,and today isn't exceptional. It showers this afternoon. The weather is a little cold but i feel hot because of the sports class. We practiced badminton during the class. I sweated a lot and felt tired. However i enjoyed it.
